Inside the Forum Shops at Caesars, foot traffic crests between 1 and 3 p.m. and again from 7 to 9 p.m. nightly, driven by Strip visitors. Walk-ins move fastest before 11:30 a.m. or after 9 p.m. Reservations are recommended Friday through Sunday.
