    These sweet and colorful tomatoes are rich in antioxidants, a great source of vitamin C, full of potassium and loaded with vitamin K, an underappreciated vitamin necessary to maintain healthy bones.

  • Red and Yellow Watermelons

    Watermelon

    This sweet and textural fruit is best enjoyed in the spring and summer, and features high levels of vitamin C, A, beta carotene, calcium and fiber. Plus—being mostly water-based—it’s a delicious source of hydration.

  • Black Rice Grains

    Once reserved for the Chinese emperor to ensure his health and longevity, this sweet and nutty grain is high in antioxidants, a good source of fiber, protects heart health and is naturally gluten free.

Chef Sully knows just what it takes to make True Food cook. He understands that an individual’s food preferences are highly personal, and is obsessed with making sure our guests enjoy our food the way they want it – whether that’s gluten-free, vegan or vegetarian.
