Found in an abundance across our fall menu, Butternut Squash helps the body absorb the proper amount of Vitamin A that keeps the body's immune system healthy.
These little seeds are one of the most nutrient-dense fruits on the planet, loaded with fiber, vitamin C, vitamin K and potassium.
Fiber-rich and part of the cruciferous vegetable family, Brussels Sprouts are powerhouse vegetables that are especially important for helping to fight cancer.

We go to great lengths to source with integrity, partnering only with growers that are committed to the same values that we are. We’re proud to say that 100% of the kale used in our kitchens is farmed organically from San Miguel Farms. As the driving force behind our menu innovation, Chef Robert is greatly influenced by new ingredients and adventurous food combinations. His culinary expertise, penchant for healthful cuisine and quest for global inspiration are behind the many memorable dishes on our menu.
Chef Sully knows just what it takes to make True Food cook. He understands that an individual’s food preferences are highly personal, and is obsessed with making sure our guests enjoy our food the way they want it – whether that’s gluten-free, vegan or vegetarian.
Our commitment to quality, creativity and science-backed nutrition extends into each one of our bars, where beverage wizard Jon Augustin crafts concoctions that rival even our most flavorful dishes–from adventurous cocktails to house-made teas and natural refreshers.
