Our True Story
Welcome to True Food Kitchen: a restaurant inspired by the philosophy that food should make you feel better, not worse. Together, we’re a passionate collective of accomplished chefs, visionary restauranteurs and a renowned doctor of integrative medicine, who believe delicious dining and conscious nutrition can go hand in hand, without sacrificing flavor, creativity or indulgence. Here, we invite our guests to become a part of a world where great tasting food and thoughtfully crafted beverages—shared in an environment of infectious positivity—can be the foundation for a life well lived.
Better food means better living.
A Better Definition of the Diet
We were founded on a set of simple and exhaustively researched principles known as the anti-inflammatory diet.
Every ingredient matters. In everything we make.
Abundant and Always in Season
Discover the plentiful and benefit-rich favorites featured on our fall menu.
These little seeds are among the most nutrient dense fruits on the planet. Pomegranate is loaded with fiber, vitamin C, vitamin K, and potassium. Filled with flavanols, they're also an excellent anti-inflammatory ingredient.
A vitamin A powerhouse and a staple ingredient on our fall menu, butternut squash brings its sweet and nutty flavor to our seasonal pizza and salad while providing a bounty of benefits that boost your immune system.
Featured in our new Roasted Brussels Sprouts starter and Seasonal Ingredient Salad, this super nutrious vegetable is responsible for helping the body reach a healthy weight, boost energy levels and aid in muscle growth.
A mainstay in Dr. Weil's Anti-inflammatory diet and our menu, ginger root is a powerful nutritional herb and compound that naturally reduces pain, improves digestion and settles the symptoms of nausea.
Served toasted in our Seasonal Ingredient Salad, white mulberries have beens shown to deliver a variety of health benefits to the body, from reducing cholesterol levels to keeping blood sugar steady and more.
Sweet Potato Noodle
The chewy texture and semi-sweet flavor make these glass noodles a versatile ingredient—combining with warm broth in our new Dashi Ramen as well as being a primary component of our Korean Noodle Salad.
Great chefs keep us cooking–and thinking–fresh.
Let us Introduce Ourselves
We put our trust in our chefs so you can too. Meet a few of the faces that make up Team True.
As the driving force behind our menu innovation, Chef Robert is greatly influenced by new ingredients and adventurous food combinations. His culinary expertise, penchant for healthful cuisine and quest for global inspiration are behind the many memorable dishes on our menu.
Chef Sully knows just what it takes to make True Food cook. He understands that an individual’s food preferences are highly personal, and is obsessed with making sure our guests enjoy our food the way they want it – whether that’s gluten-free, vegan or vegetarian.
Our commitment to quality, creativity and science-backed nutrition extends into each one of our bars, where beverage wizard Jon Augustin crafts concoctions that rival even our most flavorful dishes–from adventurous cocktails to house-made teas and natural refreshers.
We treat every guest as an individual. Because they are.
Enjoy Your Food the Way You Want It
We’ve carefully crafted our menu to reflect our guests’ every need.
Living well begins at our table.
