Meet Our Organic Kale Grower
We go to great lengths to source with integrity, partnering only with growers that are committed to the same values that we are. We’re proud to say that 100% of the kale used in our kitchens is farmed organically from San Miguel Farms. Gluten-Free
No problem. We can make it gluten-free—whether it be a pizza, pita or the bun of your favorite burger.

Vegetarian
Of course. Many of our base dishes are vegetarian—and just about everything else on the menu can be made that way.

Vegan
Yep. We even found a way to make both pizza and ice-cream vegan without sacrificing taste. Amazing, we know.
