“ This is our second visit to true Food kitchen. You will see a date at the bottom of this paragraph separating from our first visit. We decided to drive from Philadelphia out to King of Prussia looking for a healthy place with true vegan options and of course, true food kitchen came up in our search and we said why not let’s do it again. I want to give kudos from the beginning to the staff and the acting manager are role models for how to take care of customers I think that sums it up he was fantastic and our server was truly exceptional with her excellent knowledge of the menu and her being ever present. I inquired about about the training because we’ve had the same same experience when we were here the first time true food kitchen first and foremost, puts training at the forefront of what they do with their staff which shows up with their extensive knowledge mannerism and enthusiasm, when we decided to order, I opted for the double vegan walnut burger, which you shall see in the pictures and video. This is the number one vegan burger. By far in my opinion, my friend opted for the ancient grain bowl which had organic grains, miso, sesame, glazed, sweet potato, shard, onions, snap, peas, Portobello, avocado, pistachio pesto, hemp seeds, and turmeric she herself is not vegan, but decided to go this way, and in addition, she added tofu to this to bring it up a notch. Our third friend opted for the all-American burger, which has 100% organic grass, fed beef, aged white cheddar with their special sauce, butter, lettuce, and Tomato. She thoroughly enjoyed her sandwich and for dessert we decided to choose a vegan chocolate chip cookie and soy vanilla ice cream and it was absolutely perfect with 95% of everything made in house. “ I have dined in at this location a few times and have never been disappointed in the food and service. Today I ordered via ubereats to my office. I had a concern with my order and called the restaurant. I spoke with the General Manager, Ashura, regarding my concerns and she was refreshingly understanding and rectified the situation. I truly appreciate this level of service. I hope every True Food restaurant has staff members as customer service oriented as this particular staff member. If you haven't tried their cuisine, I highly recommend it. Their menu changes seasonally and they use the freshest ingredients with a focus of healthy options.
