  • Giveaway Period: Giveaway entries will begin on Wednesday, February 5 and close on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. A winner will be selected on Friday, February 14, 2025, and contacted directly via email.

    Number of Winners: 1 winner will be selected and contact via email. If winner does not claim the prize within 72 hours, no new winner will be selected.

    Agreement to the Terms: By participating in the Giveaway, all entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

    Eligibility: Legal residents of the United States (except in states where prohibited), who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and are members of the True Rewards Program as of date of entry, are eligible to enter, except employees of Sponsor, and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion and/or their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families or persons residing at the same address.

    Method of Entry: To enter, participants must fill out an online submission form, provide valid contact information, including a working email address. Only one entry per person is allowed, no maximum per household. Employees of Sponsor are not eligible to participate. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter the Giveaway. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

    Selection of Winners: A winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries received by the entry deadline. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

    Notification of Winner: A winner will be notified via email by February 16, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 72 hours, the winner will forfeit his/her/their right to claim the prize and a new winner will not be selected.

    Prize / Retail Value: The prize is two (2) Grand Tasting Tickets for Sunday, February 23, 2025, at South Beach Wine and Food Festival. The retail value of the prize is $558 USD. The total retail value of all prizes to be awarded is $558 USD.

    Prize Redemption: Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives. Winner is responsible for all travel associated with getting to the festival. Prize only includes entry to the festival.

    Publicity: By entering this giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

    Disqualification: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of the official rules, acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or taking any action that the Sponsor determines to be damaging to the Sponsor.

    General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

    Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention in the giveaway, or for any injury or damage to participants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the giveaway. If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Giveaway. No more than the stated number of each prize will be awarded.

    Release: By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising or promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Giveaway and/or acceptance, use, inability to use, misuse or redemption of any prize (including any injury or harm related thereto).

    Dispute Resolution: Except where prohibited by law, by participating in the Giveaway, participants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant(s) and Sponsor and its agents, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Participant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Giveaway, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this Giveaway, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Giveaway but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.     Other: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for participants unable to sign up for the giveaway due to network, hardware, or other technical failures, or any other reason, or incomplete, damaged, misdirected, illegible, stolen, or lost sign-ups. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person tampering with the process, the operation of the website, or otherwise in violation of the rules. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or modify this Giveaway if not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, technical corruption, non-authorized human intervention, or force majeure. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to select prize winners from among all eligible participants. The use of automated entry systems or any other conduct that impedes the integrity of the Giveaway is prohibited. In the event of a dispute regarding an online account sign-up, entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of an established email account associated with the sign-up.
