Keto Tips

  • Our salmon and grass-fed beef are delicious, full of healthy fat, and it would be excellent additions to any of our dishes.
  • As we’re sure you know, you probably want to add extra fat to everything – avocado, lemon almond ricotta, extra cheese, or a side of pesto or kale dressing are all good options.
  • If you don’t include dairy in your keto diet, substitute with our lemon almond ricotta or avocado.
