Keto Tips

  • Our grilled salmon and grass-fed beef are delicious, full of healthy fat & are excellent keto-friendly additions to any of our dishes.
  • Whenever possible, add extra healthy fat to dishes. Examples of ingredients containing healthy fats are avocado, lemon ricotta, extra cheese, or a side of pesto or kale salad dressing.
  • If you are eliminating dairy as part of a keto diet, our vegan almond ricotta or avocado are good alternatives.
