“ Incredible from start to finish; if you're looking for healthy, look no further. True Food Kitchen absolutely exceeded my expectations. The food was fresh, flavorful, and left me feeling energized instead of weighed down which is something that's not always easy to find when eating out. You can truly taste the quality and intention behind every dish. I do want to note that there are quite a few menu items that include tree nuts. I have a tree nut allergy, and while that initially gave me pause, the staff handled it extremely well. They were knowledgeable, accommodating, and made sure I felt comfortable and safe with my selections. I had no issues at all and never felt limited in my choices. If you're someone who prioritizes healthy eating but still wants food that actually tastes amazing, this place is a must. Great atmosphere, thoughtful service, and food that delivers on both flavor and wellness. I'll definitely be back. ”★★★★★Tyler Heaggans · 4 months ago
“ This is an update to any previous reviews I have given True Food. I came here for lunch today -- solely because I was in the neighborhood and was hungry. My expectations were low since previous experiences have been lackluster and over priced. WOW. It's a new day at True Food. My server Gavin, was downright happy I was here and sitting in his section. My water was kept filled, he hit the right note of engagement. The menu has changed and now features a super trio-lunch special. Great drink, salad and chicken sandwich (highly recommend the chicken and the chopped salad), all for around $20. It was ample. Two people could have split this. Not having a second person, I managed just fine without them. If you had stayed away from True Food, believe me: this is a new everything. ”★★★★★Laura Truax · 5 months ago
