Drawing from the Summerlin master-planned community and west-side Las Vegas neighborhoods, True Food Kitchen at Shops at Summerlin serves seasonal, anti-inflammatory cuisine to residents and visitors browsing the outdoor center. The dining room handles lunch meetings, weekend brunch, and group dinners.
The dining room seats 227, with another 147 on a patio that overlooks the open-air center. A private dining room for up to 40 guests handles celebrations and business gatherings. The menu changes with the seasons, anchored in whole-food, anti-inflammatory cooking.
