About This Location

Seasonal Dining at The Domain

True Food Kitchen at The Domain is a regular stop for guests working the North Austin tech corridors and living in surrounding neighborhoods, with a bright dining room and a seasonal menu of whole-food, anti-inflammatory dishes. Weekday lunches, weekend brunch, and group dinners all run through the same kitchen.

The patio puts outdoor seating to work in Austin's year-round dining weather, suited to casual meetups or post-shopping meals. House-made kombucha, seasonal bowls, and wood-fired pizzas anchor a menu built on whole-food, anti-inflammatory cooking with locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.

“ True Food Kitchen in Austin delivers the same fresh, open-kitchen vibe we’ve come to expect from the brand. Great quality, friendly service, stylish interior – everything’s on point. We started with the cauliflower, hummus plate, and edamame dumplings. The dumplings were easily the highlight – rich flavor, perfect texture. For mains, we tried the tuna poke bowl, which didn’t quite hit the mark. The tuna was too soft and the black rice didn’t really work with the rest. On the other hand, the double cheeseburger with Beyond Meat was excellent – flavorful, juicy, and satisfying. Overall, it’s a solid spot for a healthy, well-prepared meal in Austin. ”★★★★★Dmitriy Mykalo · a year ago
“ We’ve been to True Food Kitchen about four times now, and it’s become one of our favorite spots downtown. These photos are from two consecutive visits—we went back the very next day after trying the meatloaf because it was that good. We didn’t get the meatloaf again the second time, but everything we’ve tried has been fresh and consistently well-prepared. The service has been reliable, and the food experience keeps us coming back. Definitely a place we plan to return to again. ”★★★★★Christina Hope Justice-Antokoletz (Black Swan Sibyl) · a year ago
